Yes, Darger and Surplus are quite hilarious!
More about them here on Michael Swnwick's Website:

I first read one of their stories ("Tawny Petticoats") in the "Rogues" anthology.
Michael Swanwick is definitely an author to watch out and that book with his short stories mentioned by Alucard is great value.

Best regards,

If you know of more upcoming titles write them up and I'll add them to this opening post.
The sequel to Lazarus War: Artefact, called Lazarus War: Legion, is coming out Sept 1 2015. Hatchette won the bidding war for newcomer Jamie Sawyer and book 2 is more expensive than book 1 but worth it. Book 1 is still $2.99 US.

A Poet of the Khaiem
io9 posted a big list of forthcoming sci-fi/fantasy novels this year:

I haven't read through it all yet, but they say: "Your “to read” pile is about to get much more massive. This fall’s science fiction and fantasy books include new titles by legends like Margaret Atwood, Salman Rushdie, Stephen King, Jim Butcher and Tanya Huff."
