Has anyone read it? It is by Victor Lavalle and it is a re-writing of Horror at Red Hook by HPL.
(Victor was my tutor for a week in San Diego Uni, and I liked the guy immensely; so I might be biased, but honestly I think the story did a very good job at telling Cthulhu myths, doing social commentary as well).
