Kerry's got a tough night ahead of her. What begins as a simple lost-and-found trip to the Laundromat turns into a nightmarish odyssey of murder, vampires, and--quite possibly--true love. Vivian Vande Velde puts a terrifying spin on what should be a typical night in a small town.

I can't believe this book is on the best vampire novels list, which is ironic because it couldn't deserve the recognition more! Love this book but it is sadly so under rated that I was surprised to see it included in this list much less in the top half. This is a lovely, short read that I make a point to revisit yearly as it is my favorite.

This is such an underrated book. I loved every minute of reading it, I recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to read the cliche vampire story.
