Fantastic and witty Urban Fantasy with great characters. Just a heap of fun to read if you stick with the series.
Was this review helpful to you?The first one or two books were okay, but not spectacular;, but there is a certain point in the third book where you can't put it down again, and it just keeps getting better.
Mild disappointment in Ghost story (number 13), not as much seemed to happen. And after the end of Changes, was expecting more. However Butcher brought it back full pelt again in Cold Days, and amped it up again in Skin Game.
Can't wait for the next book.
If you want something fun to read, read The Dresden Files. If you're looking for something ridiculously complected... Go see Martin or Sanderson about it.
