I loved this book. It made me feel like a child again :P. It is just... i dunno. The feeling I had when I finished it. I was so sad, the story was over. I would really recommend this!

The first half of the book is wonderful, and it is the half depicted by the movie. After that it seems to just go on forever (see what I did there?). If you read it, stop where the movie ends and don't waste your time with the junk that comes after.

The second half of the book is a complete polarity shift and mirror to the first half. It cannot be emphasized enough that one of the biggest underlying themes in The Neverending Story is dualities and the balance between them.
