The #1 New York Times bestseller is available for the first time in a mass market paperback edition, featuring a striking movie tie-in cover.

Bella Swan's move to Forks, a small, perpetually rainy town in Washington, could have been the most boring move she ever made. But once she meets the mysterious and alluring Edward Cullen, Bella's life takes a thrilling and terrifying turn. Up until now, Edward has managed to keep his vampire identity a secret in the small community he lives in, but now nobody is safe, especially Bella, the person Edward holds most dear.

Deeply romantic and extraordinarily suspenseful, Twilight captures the struggle between defying our instincts and satisfying our desires. This is a love story with bite.

Stephanie Meyer graciously give me back the 50 hours I wasted reading your books. The only thing I gained from it was the justification to waste more time bitching about it with the many others that despised them just as much as I did.

Written for 5th graders and read by adults. Terrible writing and silly idea... Vampires don't sparkle!

Underneath this post it should read: "See Worst Books Ever List for apt description."

Apart from the obvious "sparkling vampires", I think we can thank this book for its retrograde and creepy vision of live relationship. Bella and Edward's relationship is creepy at best, and the worst part is that the author wants us to consider it as the ideal relationship. Not to mention that the main character is the most boring character you could imagine, she is just passive and has zero personality, but somehow people consider her exceptional in the book, and we as readers are expected to consider her as a heroine. Last, thank this book again for having inspired 50 shades of grey author, so we have still more bullshit to read.

Leave Buffy out of this. It's not even a teen vampire story in the way that you're implying. It's a snarky monster mash show.
